And the last scene, Princess Rhaenyra Targareyn has secretly meet with Queen Alicent Hightower. She tries to do a peace between the houses but Alicent does not want to do that, so, the inevitable is coming. Actually, Ser Criston Cole is going to show his heroics in Rook’s Rest battle. He is seen beheading a man. Lord Staunton sadly observed that his fields, woods and Villages were burned to the ground. His sheep and cattle and smallfolk put to the sword. But he can’t do anything but watching .Only his Gates are closed and defied the attackers behind his walls.

When provisions inside the castle began to run low he dispatched a raven to Dragon Stone pleading for successor. Over the top of that incident, it is seen that Queen Alicent is uttering that her husband was alive just one week ago and everything was at peace. And everything has changed after his death. And she also warned her son King Aegon that he might be the king his father was.

Generally, king Aegon gets angry for her mother’s words and replied, ‘Tread carefully’ but Alicent knows that she and her father Otto Hightower have betrayed the whole seven kingdoms as Rhaenyra is the true heir selected by king Jaehaerys I Targareyn. But Aegon does not know this.
